Business Plan On Fleek

I don’t think that my focus has changed for this business.  I believe that my focus has been on fleek for the business because I have a passion for it.  Matt and I were always caught up, so we did not have to shift focus at all.  My vision for this business is much clearer than when we started.  At first, I had a vision for the business, as well as Matt G, but it wasn’t as clear.  We weren’t 100% sure how we wanted the business.  We found ourselves asking each other how exactly we want things done.  Now, however, we have most of the business figured out.  Our vision is much clearer.  As of now, we are completely on schedule for our business plan.  I believe that we have nailed every aspect of the business plan, but I feel our strongest aspect is our logo, since it is custom made.

Business Plan: WTF!

I believe that Matt Garzon and I can make our business work.  Our business is in the fun industry, an industry that is rarely seen in Clarksville, Tennessee.  There are a few businesses in Clarksville that are based on fun, but they are shifted more toward fun for little kids, like our competitor Kids N Play.  Our business will succeed because we are not focused solely on little kids.  We are focused on little ids, teens, and adults.  Since there aren’t many businesses that provide fun (besides drinking) for teens and adults, our business will most likely be a hit.

                I am partnered up with Matt Garzon.  Matt and I are working great together.  We get our work done on time, and we do not play around when there is work to be done.  We are on the same page when it comes to our ideas for the business, so we do not argue at all about how the business goes.  We both do our parts on the research and the writing of the business plan.  I am not the only one who does the work, unlike some other partnerships that I have had in other classes. In all, we worked well together on the business plan.
