Interview Reflection

I believe that my interview went well for my first interview.   I was told by my interviewer that my credentials were excellent, and they were exactly what the company needed.   For example, my organization skills and computer skills, as well as my academic background, were spot on with what the job description wanted.  He mentioned that my description of my strengths was strong, and I did an excellent job in explaining them.  My interviewer said that my resume, cover letter, reference page, etc. all looked professional and looked good.  My interviewer was very impressed when I explained each piece of work.

There were some things that my interviewer suggested for any of my future interviews.  For one, he said that I should elaborate more on my weaknesses.  I did explain my weakness and gave a way to improve, but I could have elaborated a little bit more.  Another thing that I could have improved my interview was that I could have mentioned something along the lines of leadership without a question from an interview.  For example, I could have explained some instances in which I have showed leadership qualifications while my interviewer was looking over my resume or some other artifact of mine.
